Before you reach out.

How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually faster. If you submit on Friday, you'll hear back Monday morning Pacific time. Every inquiry gets a real reply, not a templated auto-responder.
What timezone do you operate in?
Manila (UTC+8). For US clients, that's typically a 9am Pacific = midnight Manila overlap. We schedule kickoff and strategy calls during your business hours, early morning Manila time. Async communication in between via email and Slack.
Do you take on businesses outside the US?
Yes, current clients are spread across the US, Australia, UK, and Canada. We work in English and we're set up to invoice in USD via Stripe, ACH (US), or wire (international).
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things. (1) CMS access, admin or editor role on your WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc. (2) Google Business Profile access, manager-level. (3) Search Console + GA4 access, read-only is fine. We send a one-page onboarding form that walks you through it.
Are you taking new clients right now?
Usually yes, we cap at a small number of active engagements per quarter to keep quality high. If we're full, we'll tell you upfront and let you know when a slot opens. We never overbook.
